外贸学生会新闻部报导：10月11下午1点，外贸部13届的班长团支书在外贸分院409会议室进行开会。会议由大二学生干部主持，并请到分院党总支书记王家庆与各班班团干部进行深一步的交谈。
The report of news branch in Students Union : on October 11th ,all the sophomore monitors and League Secretaries of foreign trade ministry have a meeting in room 409. The meeting was convened by Grade 12 cadres, who invited the general party secretary of foreign trade branch WangJiaqing , then Mr wang discussed with cadres.
会议上，大二学长对13级的各班团支书就学生工作做出规划和要求，为了分院学生工作更加便捷，于是每个班长和团支书加入了班长群和团支书群。会议的最后一项议程是由外贸党总支书记王家庆进行总结，他对每一位班长、团支书前期所做工作加以肯定，更对两支干部队伍提出了学习和工作要求！
