外贸分院成功举办大学生职业生涯规划大赛选拔赛
5月15日下午1:30，外语与贸易分院大学生职业生涯规划大赛选拔赛在6#409举行。出席本次比赛并担当评委的有外贸分院党总支书记王家庆、院团总支副书记朱勤、招就办李富荣及外贸分院院办、学工办老师。本次活动旨在引导广大大学生树立正确的成长观、科学的就业观，合理规划大学生学习生活，增强大学生认识自我、了解职业、确定职业目标的意识，提高就业技能与实践能力，并以此推动学校学风建设，激发学生学习热情和成才愿望，为实现人生梦想做早日准备。
At1:30 pm of May 15th, Foreign Language & Trade School held Qualification Trials for Career Planning Competition of College Students in Room 409 Teaching Building 6. The Party secretary of Foreign Language & Trade School，Mr Wang Jiaqing，the deputy secretary of Jiaxing Vocational Technical College Youth League, Ms. Zhu Qin，the member of Enrollment and Employment Office，Mr Li Furong, and the teachers from school office & student management office attended the event, working as judges. The competition is aimed to guide students to establish a correct view in growth and scientific employment attitude so as to plan college life rationally based on understanding ourselves, understanding the occupation and setting clear career goals. It is believed to make students improve employment skills and practical ability in study, and to promote the construction of study style on campus, to stimulate students' learning enthusiasm and desire for success, and to make preparations for achieving the dream of life.
通过前期的动员和宣传，分院20余位选手参加此次比赛，比赛由选手自述和答辩两个环节组成，自我阐述过后评委们对选手作现场点评和提问，选手们对自身职业生涯规划作答辩阐述。评分由职业规划作品成绩和现场展示成绩两部分组成。决赛现场，选手们熟练运用霍兰德职业兴趣分析、SWOT分析等方法阐述自己当前社会职业的认识，并以此为依据确立职业目标，针对最终目标制定详细可行的短期、中期和长期目标和具体实施计划。选手们落落大方、激情澎湃的表现力和现场应变能力感染了在场的评委。经过激烈的角逐，最终以赵晨峰为首的6位选手胜出，将代表分院参加总院的决赛。
After the beforehand mobilization and propaganda, there were more than 20 competitors taking part in the competition, which was built up by players’ self-presentation and question-answering.The contestants gave a presentation about his or her career plan and then the judges commented and asked relevant questions, which required the competitors to respond.Scores of the two parts made the final result.Every player’s final results was divided into two parts, their works grade and performance grade. On the scene, contestants applied such professional methods as Hollander occupation interest analysis, SWOT analysis to state their ideas of today’s career and set their own career goals and made a detailed and feasible short-term, medium-term and long-term goals and specific plans for the goals at different times. The contestants’ attractive performance impressed the judges deeply. Finally， Zhao Chenfeng-led 6 top contestants would enter into our college final on behalf of our school.
参赛学生表示，通过参加职业生涯规划大赛，不但明确了自己职业目标，更明晰了大学学业生涯的目标，同时也将在日后的学习和生活中不断朝着个人的职业目标，努力增强各方面能力，为实现职业梦打下基础。
Contestants in this competition said that they not only cleared their career goals but also made their study aim more distinct in college. They will work harder in the later study and life to enhance their overall abilities and lay a solid foundation for their dream career.
