For the purpose of responding to the call of “The Belt and Road” initiative, deepening industry-education integration and serving the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta, on May 6^th, 2020, JXVTC and Jiaxin Silk Corporation jointly held an unveiling ceremony for the establishment of Jiaxin Sino-Myanmar School of Fashion and Myanmar Garment Production Technology Training Project.

Sheng Quansheng, vice Mayor of Jiaxing, attended the ceremony and gave a speech. Leaders from relevant municipal departments, JXVTC and Jiaxin Silk Corporation attended the unveiling ceremony and witnessed the establishment of Jiaxin Sino-Myanmar School of Fashion. In the ceremony, JXVTC and Jiaxin Silk Corporation signed the agreement for Myanmar Garment Production Technology Training Project. The two sides will jointly train garment production technicians in Yangon, Myanmar, under the cooperation framework of Jiaxin Sino-Myanmar School of Fashion in the future.

This event marks the opening of a new chapter in overseas cooperation between JXVTC and Jiaxin Silk Corporation. Each side will take its own advantages and deepen industry-education integration with the new model of “technology output + partnership”. Moreover, the two sides will integrate resources of both the college and the enterprise, and provide high-quality talent training programs for the enterprise and its overseas industrial parks. At the same time, it also brings more opportunities for the education internationalization of JXVTC.
